Salon Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can relax, check-in and change before your treatment. Separate shower and locker room facilities are available for men and women.
  • We ask that you communicate any questions or expectations with our staff — before and during treatment — so we can be sensitive to your specific needs.
  • When you book an appointment, please tell us if you are pregnant or if you have any health issues that we should be aware of.
  • To preserve tranquility, cellphones must be kept to a minimum or turned off in the “Salon Zone.”

RESERVATIONS

Our reservation staff looks forward to assisting you with your appointments. We accept all major credit cards. Salon packages, gift certificates and products may be purchased by telephone or online by clicking here http://75.144.211.209/onlinebooking/. We reserve the right to require a major credit card or gift certificate deposit to guarantee salon reservations for specialized services and/or holiday periods.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule appointments. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid possible charges (up to 100% of services reserved) on your form of guarantee/deposit, which is issued at the time of your reservation.

GRATUITIES

We are committed to providing superior service to our clients. If you are satisfied, a 15% to 20% gratuity is customary for salon services; 18% to 20% for spa services.
