Salon protocol
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can leisurely relax, check-in and change before your scheduled treatment.
So that we can be sensitive to your specific needs, we ask that you communicate any questions or expectations with our staff, before and during treatment. When you book an appointment, please tell us if you are pregnant or have any health issues that we should know about prior to your treatment.
To preserve tranquility, cellular phones must be turned off in the "Salon Zone."
Reservations
Our reservation staff looks forward to assisting you with your Salon appointments. We accept all major credit cards. Salon Packages, Gift Certificates and products may be purchased by telephone or online. We reserve the right to require a major credit card or gift certificate deposit to guarantee salon reservations for specialized services and/or Holiday periods.
Cancellations
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule appointments. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid possible charges on your form of guarantee/deposit given at time of reservation.
Gratuities
We are committed to providing superior service to our clients. If you are satisfied a 15% to 20% gratuity is customary.
